I think you should call the pharmacy and ask them.
Some drugs are not stable in solution, or mixed with water, or some of the compounding gels. Gabapentin liquid formulations are always kept in the frig, because they are not stable at room temp for example. The compounding pharmacies have references specific to the stability of the products they make. So asking them is the best way to get an accurate answer.
