Default Bradycardia

Oh the joys of worrying... I did a search here and found mention that it can be related to SFN. Is this true?

I ask because since I stopped smoking, I started taking my BP a couple of times a day to check if everything is OK.

The BP is fine, ranging from 125/75 (max) to 110/65 in the evening. But it seems my RHR is pretty low: on average it is 54, but sometimes it drops to below 50 (48 being the lowest).

That either means I'm extremely healthy or... not. I don't have any problem with fainting or feeling dizzy, but I do feel a bit tired lately even though I'm sleeping a lot (I assumed that was because of the nicotine detox).

I'll probably go to my GP (again...), but I wondered if anyone here had any experience with this?
