I take my thyroid meds at 7am.

Around 10 am I eat and take D3, magnesium, zyflamend, benfotiamine, bilberry, potassium and probiotic.

About 2 hours after eating I take my VitE and Selenium.

About 1 hours later I take VitC and Rlipoic Acid and drink a glass of chlorophyll.

Around 4 or 5pm I eat dinner and take flaxseed and fish oil.

About 1 hour after eating I take zylfmend and benfotiamine.

At 8 pm I take thyroid meds.

B12 is taken either at night or in morning after thryroid pills and before eating.

I also take NAC before bed but not every day, I go a week on then off.

I will be adding curcumin somewhere in there this week.

If I go out I take with me or if I forget I don't worry about it. I also rub epsom lotion at night on wrists.
