Sure! Sometimes it helps to see what someone else is doing just to get ideas.

The only problem I have is sometimes with fish oil causes the big "D" so that is why I take it with flaxseed now.

The thing I make sure is no supplements with flaxseed, no food with B12 or thyroid. Everything else is good with food. I have no problem throwing down a handful of 5 or 6 pills in one swallow, it just doesn't bother me.

I do wonder about my probiotic some say take with food some say empty stomach and I haven't decided which is best.
