Default Antibiotic Cypro

My primary care gave me Cipro when I picked it up the sheet said that in rare cases taking Cipro could cause PN. My pop knew I had PN and when I contacted him I was told don't worry he had never heard of that complication happening.

Anyone experienced this or have feedback
