We have a sample taper in the SubForum here:
Nide44's doctor at Hopkins gave him the taper that appears in this post. From a higher dose Neurontin than you state. But people are different, and may require another type of taper: http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/post829091-8.html 700mg a day of Neurontin is not a very high dose as Neurontin goes. Alot also depends on how long that person used it at that level. Nide's taper is only a SAMPLE... so keep that in mind. It worked for HIM. Lyrica is very similar to Neurontin, so a taper may not be needed much at all. In the end it is the doctor's choice as to how to do it. You might Google Neurontin taper, for other examples.
