Default Massage

For me, deep tissue massage helps. It doesn't eliminate the PN symptoms but it does improve how I feel otherwise.

I still go monthly if I can. No deep tissue. Results are usually good. Once in a while not so much. I actually wish she would spend more time on my feet. They are partially numb and I am constantly massaging them so they don't atriphy. Everyone is different and conditions continually change.
