Attention Diabetic PN. Pain.com Article.

I received this paper from Pain.com in my email last week. I thought I would post it here in case anyone with PN caused by diabetes might gain something from it.

I note that in table 1. it recognises the existence of non diabetic neuropathies and by saying that these neuropathies “may be present in diabetics, confounding the diagnostic process” indicates for the first time (to me anyway) that there is a profound difference between diabetic and non diabetic neuropathy. This would also suggest that there are differing “treatments” for each disease.
