![]() I read "Peripheral Neuropathy - When the Numbness, Weakness, and Pain Won't Stop" by Dr. Norman Latov @ 2007 Twice in the book (p. 28, 86) he recommends a daily dose of Vitamin B12 of 500 MG. Is this a typo?! Everything that I have found/read on the net - talks about B12 being measured by MCG not MG's. ** So, the book's dosage of 500mg is the equivalent of: 500,000 mcgs! I don't have the time or money to take that many pills a day when the largest increment that I can find of B12 is 2,000mcg's per capsule. Did the good doctor mean to write 500 mcgs of B12 rather than 500 mgs of B12? Surely this is a typo in the book?! Your thoughts? Thank you. Dean Last edited by Chemar; 08-01-2014 at 05:31 PM.
