I can't do too much anymore but I can walk. I try to walk everyday. I have to say my legs hurt when I'm done. I believe if you don't use it you lose it so I put up with the pain.

My neuro told me walking will probably not bring back the strength in my legs. I hope it stops me from losing more and getting weaker.
