Default exercise

I have not ordered them yet but if I can suggest some DVD's they are geared for seniors altho I don't consider myself one altho I am 62 however my body is way past being a senior with the deterioration. They need another label for that! Ha ha

Any way it is called Eldergym I think most are done seated looks like He also has a whole bunch of exercises you can download for free There are balance DVD and strength etc.

I should have done this yrs ago I bought a massage table to do stretches on. It is a nice padded sturdy one. (It is hard on the back and body getting up off the floor and laying on the floor.) I enjoy using it. I have one cat that will rub on the back of me when I lie there. She gives nice back rubs.
