Hi,
I am taking methyl b12 daily 5mg under my tongue. What folate should I take along with it in case I have MTHFR? Thank you. |

Methylfolate is what you need. Many places online have it.
One brand name is Metafolin by Solgar. 800mcg is enough daily. Local Vitamin Shoppes have this too: http://www.vitaminshoppe.com/p/jarro...A#.VJHDOHt53To

Hi Baba, My Endo prescribed Foltanx that has both in one pill. I can't remember the doses but I'm sure you could search for it. Good Luck, Ken in Texas
