Default taKing methyl b12

Hi,
I am taking methyl b12 daily 5mg under my tongue.
What folate should I take along with it in case I have MTHFR?

Methylfolate is what you need. Many places online have it.

One brand name is Metafolin by Solgar. 800mcg is enough daily.

Local Vitamin Shoppes have this too:

Hi Baba, My Endo prescribed Foltanx that has both in one pill. I can't remember the doses but I'm sure you could search for it. Good Luck, Ken in Texas
