It feels like I am wearing a band around my abdomen from below my belly button up to my ribs ( and it stings and burns ). This just came on this week. I can't believe how fast this is progressing. It seems impossible.

I would see a doctor.... infections in the intestines, like appendicitis, or diverticulitis, or gall bladder stones, infection there, or pancreatitis, can all cause a tight abdomen as the muscles get spasmed above where the irritation occurs.
The vomiting is concerning and should be reported to the doctor too.

Get a blood count with differential, and have the doctor examine your tummy (palpate it)...
this link gives other causes in more detail:

If you are still taking 3 of those AOR B-complex as you told me earlier, I'd stop that for now. (one of those a day would be plenty for most people.

It doesn't feel like my muscles are spasming it feels like I am wearing a piece of clothing like a girdle or something. does this still sound like an infection? It feels like the sensation I have on my arms and legs like Im wearing a tight piece of clothing (but I am not)

Not every case breaks out into lesions, just a thought. Good Luck, Ken in Texas.

I did have chicken pox as a child. Why do you ask? do you think this new symptom could be attributed to chicken pox? (or all of my symptoms?) Is there a test for chicken pox
