This is a first.
Last night I went to a fundraising event with loud speakers and a loud crowd. It was pretty hard on me especially because my SFN has spread more into my face, ears, and forehead. I left because I felt dizzy and my shoulders and neck started spasming. It kept on and then when I tried to fall asleep, the room started spinning. I was sick to my stomach and my eyes couldnt stop following the spin. It was pretty disturbing. I am used to the autonomic problems and orthostatic hypotension, but this was a first. It lasted about 3 hours. I think this thing is moving along in its attack strategy. |

I get bouts of vertigo on an almost daily basis since a concussion years ago. Some days not so bad. Other days debilitating. [I do not have PN though.]
Your description sounds just like how I experience it. http://vestibular.org/node/2 http://vestibular.org/autoimmune-inner-ear-disease-aied Last edited by Lara; 03-27-2015 at 09:28 PM. |

If you have fluid behind the ear drum due to allergy
Or chronic infection or blocked eustachian tubes. The pressure will stimulate the nerves in the drum Membrane and cause a vertigo. You can also have a virus inflammation of the auditory Nerve. Sinus pressure can also cause dizziness. All that neck pain.. Did you ever go to an ENT for that?
