Default Room spinning out of control

This is a first.
Last night I went to a fundraising event with loud speakers and a loud crowd. It was pretty hard on me especially because my SFN has spread more into my face, ears, and forehead.
I left because I felt dizzy and my shoulders and neck started spasming. It kept on and then when I tried to fall asleep, the room started spinning. I was sick to my stomach and my eyes couldnt stop following the spin. It was pretty disturbing.
I am used to the autonomic problems and orthostatic hypotension, but this was a first.
It lasted about 3 hours.
I think this thing is moving along in its attack strategy.
