Default Does anyone else have this?

If I hold my hands straight with my fingers extended, there are all kinds of clicks throughout my hand and fingers. It can be felt by my other hand, other people can feel it, and if I hold it up to my ear, I can hear it.
It also happens sometimes from my elbow to my arm when I am in certain positions engaging the muscle very slightly.
Sometimes I will be lying down and my shoulder also clicks.
Does this mean motor nerves?
