When I got PN, I was told that healing could take up to four years and I am at 2.5 with no sign of improvement.
But, everyone is different so we can't compare you to me or anyone else. |

I've had a rough patch double the size of the dead zone in the Pacific of late, but as Beatle says, you have to press on.
I've spent more time uncomfortable in a chair, ottoman engaged & still no lessening of symptoms. I did reduce my meds, as I felt they were aiding my fatigue. Early results suggest that Lyrica was stellar in the numbing department. The issue is I was pounding on the poor, strained legs. My fatigue is only slightly lessened. The upside/trade off for me is increased mental acuity. Lyrica was bunny foofooing me but good. Yes, I am in more pain. Quid Pro Quo. I do still take tramadol, currently daily. What hobbies do you have canagirl? I find reading and writing to be useful half the time. The rest of the time... yeah, well. Good luck Jon

Hobbies? I used to love reading and walking. Now, I can't read. I read the same page 10 times and still don't know what I just read. I still walk but pay for it dearly later. Probably have to stop that soon. I can't manage to do anything other than cry and tell myself that all of this is only anxiety and if I can stop the depression and anxiety it will all go away (lol, one can hope). I think I'm going to have to stop working soon. I am an emotional wreck and can barely hold it in while at work. yet, I'm scared silly of staying at home. I can't sit or lie down the pain is intense and sends me into a mental tail spin. I can't stop thinking about the past knowing that I did this to myself. It's one thing to develop an illness naturally but knowing I did everything that caused me to be this away is KILLING me. |

short story..
1. took a medication that caused twitching and jerking 2. tried to "fix" the issue and saw a naturopath that ran electricity through me for 45 minutes 3. deep acupuncture (about 8 or 9 treatments) I know, I know it's hard to believe but trust me this lady physically injured my nerves. |

Which medication was it? Just curious if it is a known med that could cause it.
