For me- Flexiril did nothing
baclofen- 20 mg, light effectiveness- instead of titrating up they tried Valium, which worked best, but they wanted daily usage and I just didn't find that agreeable. Today is a day where that thought gets reconsideration.

Advil is a muscle relaxer but not so strong as other types that almost put you down. Ultra sound heat was good for me as well.
