NOW why on earth would the 'Nurse' say you mite not get IVIG when it is a first level, not off-label [as is my case] approved therapy for Sjogren's? Yet the actual DOC isn't ruling it out? Believe me, what is it with docs in Texas? I mean My neuro was Texas schooled and he's definitely NOT got that bias!

My own blood tests have shown that the auto-i levels on IVIG differed before and after, I feel that it's working and because I'm not on the steroids, I had less bone loss [until I went on the AI's for cancer] than I would have otherwise.

I also had a thryroid 'flare up' in between it all...and not one doc, only the endo I recently saw thought to connect any dots...I have now over 14 docs 'overseeing' my 'care'.. It does get frightening, doesn't it?

I will PM you some info on it...to back me up on my humble opinion - 's -j
