Default Tremors and such

I had some ulnar nerve issues in my left arm. A few adjustments to how I sat scaled back the discomfort. When I came off Lyrica, I was left with a noticable jerk/tremor that comes and goes. It also seems to pick up some steam when I am stressed or under rested, though of late my sleep issue has abated.

In its place, my fatigue is endless or it seems. I also have some whole leg stuff movements (clapping legs at the feet?) though that is almost always after a full day.

Maybe the crazy weather here in the east is getting us. I've just had the two worst days I've had in a long time.

My ulnar nerves are problematic as well with my ring and pinky fingers going numb all the time. Thankfully, there's no pain or jerking, just a little twitching once in awhile.

My legs are also vibrating now more than tingling. Something is awry.

I was up 10 minutes before we had a heavy lightning storm.

I am not sure if I have something pther than PN going on as well, but weather had been dusting me up for weeks, rather, I have exacerbations that time out well with storm activity.

I do not have tremors , but the feeling of a fine vibration internally. It can be felt all over the body. It gets worse and strong when tired, exhausted and stressed. After a day with many activities, I do get exhausted.
The neurologist told me this was due to small fiber neuropathy.

I have Ulnar nerve neuropathy. At times there is tingling up and down the arm like electric shock.
At times the whole arm gets sore, and nothing can touch the skin. I have to sit with the arm
almost straight out.

It may be a misnomer to call it a tremor, though the arm will shake of late when too much weight is involved. It feels like the jump I had during the EMG, minus a controlled stimulus.
