Many neuropathies seem to be age related. As the body breaks down this is one of the ways and considering modern life the ways you can do harm to yourself are legion. In the "good old days" (they were likely not good) people died so early they didn't have as much chance to develop these neuropathies. And they didn't have modern medicine to give us neuropathy.
So Icelander how did you get you neuropathy i got mine because of modern medicine.
I sometimes wander what people on this forum do in search for cure or evidence that a possible cure could work.
