Hi madisongrrl, thanks for your input! I drink the Revive vitamin water solely for its high potassium content. The label says 880 mg of potassium, but even if it’s actually less than that, it’s been effective in helping to reduce the muscle spasms I’ve been experiencing when trying to sleep at night.
