Hi. I have similar reactions to the heat of summer and am dreading the coming season. Winter is difficult too but summer is the one that I get really anxious about. I have central sensitisation disorder which basically means I have severe neuropathic pain over most of my body. My hands and feet in the heat of Summer swell up and are luminous red. Very painful. Let's hope for a modest Summer bluesfan ( :
