Default help with supps

my pn stems from 2 known causes...chemo & type 2 diabetes. i have been off my supplement regimen for about 2 years and now want to resume it.

i need help with whether to take these with or without food:

folate
r lipoic acid
benfotiamine
(qunol)coq-10
vitamin d3
curcugel

i read recently that L carnitine is contraindicated in cardiac patients so i do not plan to re-introduce it.

if there are any supps that i might add to the list, please feel free to let me know.
thanks for your advice!
