Default Hard heartbeat

Does anybody else have a very strong heartbeat? Mine is so strong it bounces my body. I can figure out if my body is always pulsing to my heartbeat or if all my nerves in my whole body all pulsate and throb . Is there anything wrong with having a strong heartbeat with a slightly elevated heartbeat all the time?
