why was he prescribed levaquin, it seems to be more of a wide sprectrum abx, and it used to fight numerous infections including plague, and anthrax.
I saw the drug.com side effects, it could be a possible cause of his Neuropathy.

Just FYI regarding Levaquin.

There are some posts in the

on the ~Medications That May Cause Peripheral Neuropathy thread.

I think levaquin was the cause, since he said he took 60 levaquin pills, i dont know at once or over a period of time, if its in one sitting it would increase his chances of getting Neuropathy, and not morgellans. he ALSO seem to be suffering from anxiety and depression as well, since its also know to intensify neuropathies.
