Default Hope to end numbness?

I've been dealing with foot numbness(idiopathic PN) going on 4 years, took B-12 by the bushel for over a year. No improvement, but thankfully no worsening of numbness.

Is there any hope of one day regaining 'normal' sensation in my feet?
