Is it possible that PN will not progress much beyond this? I know that may be wishful thinking....but my very first "flares" about a year ago were worse I think than the second bout. This is my third. If I could guess the trigger I would assume it would be traveling...and not having a handle on my leaky gut syndrome. I just find it crazy that it disappears pretty much completely and then pops up again.
