Autonomic affects more of your organs, like sweating, full or empty bladder, moisture secretion, your Gi system(constipation, gastroparesis)is affected as well. Pn is only your sensory nerves/twitching. the burning, itching, pins and needles,,,etc. are all PN.

Chewing and breathing are impacted by this autoimmune disease too. The neuromuscular junction runs on acetylcholine, and is affected by autoimmune antibodies.

We have an MG forum here on NT.

Here is their list of drugs to avoid:

My symtoms are all consistent with myasthenia but Weil Cornell and NY Presbyterian, I haven't been diagnosed with it. So far all they can find is the cholinergic neuropathy and significantly reduced fiber density from my thigh (worse than my ankle). So I guess that means non length dependent. My doctor does put on my report that the neck problems are not consistent with SFN, but gives absolutely no insight into that. My neck and arms are what landed me in the emergency room a year ago yesterday.
