[QUOTE=Healthgirl;1176012]sounds like autonomic stuff with the dizziness.
My hands are the same. I used to feel like they were dry and tight and lotion made them feel better. Folding laundry was hard. It was so bad at one point that it felt like the skin on my hands was ripping when I touched

Are autonomic symptoms found in people with large fiber? I get so confused. Up until June, it was the basic tingling in the feet and leg zaps. Now it's occasional burning face and hands, the dryness, painful hands for sure, dizziness and nighttime restlessness. What's next? I never read about anyone with the dizziness. I hate this type of surprise. This is a tough one. Makey me angry
