It's 4:38 AM and I'm awake. Wide freaking awake. I should be sound asleep not having slept all that much last night.
No pain again tonight. YAY!!! Fell asleep quickly. Woke up at 4:00 wide awake! I have no idea why or how to explain it. Extra energy from the vitamins?? This is nuts! I should have been so tired I didn't move all night. ![]() ![]()

At least no pain again so that is a positive for you. To me that sounds late 4.I know you said you were sleeping 12 hours a day so maybe your just rested already. Good luck on more pain free days.

and other B's (except B12) are energizing. Best to take them in the morning.
B12 actually helps me sleep...but that took time to develop. I used to have terrible menopausal insomnia. If you take the magnesium later in the day, that helps with sleep.

It doesn't matter what time of day most people take B12. There are rare ones who feel they must take their B12 in the morning. Since lack of sufficient B12 can affect people in so many ways, there is a wide variety of responses.
It is very important though to combat that old myth of B12 giving everying a shot of energy. Not true! When people begin B12, if that is what they needed, they can respond sooner or later with energy, improvement in symptoms, temporary worsening of symptoms, fatigue, and/or a huge list on possibilities, including changes in sleep patterns. These are often part of the repair process. I would follow mrsd's advice ![]() rose

ROFL!! Well, I do have more energy than I've had in quite some time. Even with as little sleep as I got last night I'm not feeling all that tired. I feel fairly alert and not sleepy...at least not what I'd normally be feeling. I got about 3 hours total of sleep last night.

I went through a bad patch of being awake most of the night, sometimes only 2 or 3 hours sleep every night, this went on for weeks.
So i tried a combination of Valerium supplements and Magnesium, really helped me get a good nights sleep. |
