Healthgirl, I take inositol daily and have it in my sleep combo too. I often take a choline/inositol combo capsule. I've read where they need each other. Don't know for sure but I take the combo and inositol alone.

I never thought but inositol could help with the nerve issues too. I did take Inosine for 3 months as I've mentioned before and it got rid of my BURN issues. Took Sphingolin with it. Don't know if I needed both but that's what I did. I've been taking Inositol for years....a good CALMER.
