Cool Smirk Melody...
My brother in law is diabetic (t1) and developed a pretty severe foot ulcer. He had a devil of a time getting it to heal. He finally had great sucess with circulator boot therapy. I dont know the fine details ,but it was recommended to him by the Mayo in Jacksonville.
