Default The difference in symptoms positionally--

--strongly implies a compressive aspect to whatever you're experiencing.

Have you had any recent imaging of the lumbar/sacral spine? Even people with peripheral neuropathy are not exempt from also experiencing symptoms due to nerve root compression from spinal issues. And the symptoms from those can be exactly mimicked by those of more peripheral issues.
