Thnkas Mrs. D. It says I can use up to 3 patches at a time. If I use half on one side of the sacrum and half on the other were would you recommend I put it on the upper neck area to work on my arms?
I would try the aspercreme but I'm in so much burning pain I would have to put it all over me.
Thanks for your help!
