i notice in myself some of the same symptoms that you are talking about....memory, flubbing words, difficulty finding the right word, names etc. i have no idea if it is related to peripheral neuropathy in general, sarcoidosis which i also have, aging, or as Kiwi says, perhaps stress, anxiety or other causes.
