Default Melody - starting back to

other footwear is really a good thing to do gradually. It's very important to do the one, two hour plus build up to prevent new and different blisters.

Something I'm sure you don't want, nor does Alan?

He will also probably find that walking normally in is 'old shoes' is going to need some adjustment/readjustments physically as well as 'toughening' tender skin that's not been rubbed 'that way' in a while.
