Default Moderator: Shiney Sue needs help!

She emailed me that she is unable to get on Neurotalk. Can someone please check to see if there is a problem? She also has a new email address, which I attempted to respond to, but mail is being returned. She has been very sick, but I don't know the details yet...

I have, what appears to be a friend's email address, but am hesitant to post this here.

Shineysue is still having trouble getting on and I have PM'd Kimmydawn to see if she can help with this. I am not sure what the problem is, but she has been undergoing some very serious health issues. Here I thought she was probably on a cruise with that hunky doc she has eating out of her hand...

Anyway, hopefully she will get this worked out and be along to tell you about it. I am reluctant to post the email contact I have for her, but if someone needs/wants to contact her, if you will pm me, I will send it to you...

Cathie

I sent Sue detailed info on how to log back in last week and also reset her password for her so am puzzled as to why she is still having problems. She said she has a new computer and I think the glitch in log on is possibly there not here. Perhaps my email responses to her are in her Spam box so could you ask her to check whether she has any emails from me

If she follows the instructions I emailed her she shouldnt have any problems getting back in

thanks
Cheri

Chemar:

You did the right thing. I once had problems getting e-mails from a certain support forum because my Outlook Express kept reading these emails and identifying them as spam. I have no idea what I did to correct this. I probably called my son and he walked me through it, but since I did this, (and I never got replies from Braintalks or even Neuro talks until I fixed this problem)

I used to think to myself "I post questions, but I don't get email replies ), then I would go to the forums and there would be the replies.

Spam and junk filters are a pain in the behind.

I do hope Shiney Sue gets better.

Hope she figures out a way to post.

I don't know what the problem is. I can tell she is getting my emails. On AOL, you can tell if other AOL email addressees are reading their email.

I emailed her a copy of the PM to Chemar and told her how to check the Spam folder, so maybe she will get this straightened out tonight... Or maybe I will hear back...

Default Just one and all know, that I have ....

Missed you SUE! I'd e-mailed and PM 'ed you too, and sort of figgured that you were, in one of those 'tweener' situations. But I do know, and do care that you have been going thru a LOT. And, I suspect, that you have down played how MUCH your HURT! You have been on my mind and heart several times a day...and more it seems in what dreams I have?
I just wish that I could do MORE than mere 'cyber hugs' 's? - j
