Thanks again for the responses. I'm trying to get my head together (difficult with brain fog and fatigue) enough to comb back through that letter, paragraph by paragraph, and form a decent rebuttal, or at least point the lawyer in the right direction of which specific records contradict the LTD company's "findings".

One thing I did over the past few days was figure out a budget to get me through this crisis. I won't be able to stick to it if ANYTHING unexpected happens financially (which is the rule rather than the exception, right?), but I feel better for having made the effort.

Too tired to think of what else I was gonna say.
