Default Xanax OK?

Is it OK to take Xanax if you get new symptoms after having anger? Two days ago I was angry about something while sitting at the computer. I was favoring my left leg and buttocks the way I was sitting. That leg and buttocks are somewhat burning when I sit on them now and the left foot goes somewhat numb and is somewhat painful when I stand. I had a couple more fight or flight hormone releases also I guess.

What happened? I have glucose intolerance. Were my leg and buttocks and nerves compressed so glucose and insilin couldn't get there??? I'm only 165 and thin btw. What does that anger hormone do? Can I recover from the new symptoms with supplements, like 5000mg B12 methyl per day?

I'm not on any medication, but I have Xanax. Is Xanax safe and a good idea?
And what are the chances of these new symptoms going away?
Can I use the treadmill depsite a painful foot or should I rest it?
This is always a scary time for everyone who experiences it.

Oh yeah, I did 1.5 hours on the treamill and a muscle on the inside of my thigh started getting tired. I wonder if there's a chance I compressed or inflamed a main nerve under the butt?
