everyone, appreciate suggestions - mrs d. - i was going to ask my gi doc for referral to nutrionalist - think i'll call him this week and see if i can get - cause i know i cant have acid according to the gastroparesis diets i see on line (and experience - even citrus because of the acid too)....

if a juicer will let me have some healthier and different tastes and seems to be ok to the dietician - i'll give it a shot (have a family member who has some mega juicer that leaves no pulp at all - so maybe that is an option!)

we'll see
