I tried searching for Vit D but didn't come up with what I was looking for. How much Vit D should I take a day?
I just started adding the D. Figured it certainly can't hurt.

Unless you get a blood level drawn, and are very low, and use D3
I am still conservative about D, in spite of the new findings. If you get alot of sun, and tan, you can forgo it (unless you have a blood level). Some people fail to utilize sun properly, but you won't know this unless you get tested. (I do not take D in the summer).

Is there a "best" time or way to take Vit D? Haven't seen any opinions on that yet, either. I'm just starting my research on D. Any points in the right direction with URL's and such would be most appreciated.
