as ive told you before my wife is a nurse and i know exactly what you are talking about. I almost fell off my chair when i read this, thanks!

I think that everyone here has decided to go on as best as they can rather than giving up or giving in. Not that I dont have my times of wanting to give up or living in the past or the shoulda been future. The past and the shoulda been future are two siren songs its difficult to drown out. I still pause and listen to their melodies more than i should.
