Thumbs up The Present

I'm trying to live in the present. It is hard for sure with a progressive disease. But, it certainly doesn't help to wish for the past. I did much but I cannot do those things anymore. That is real so I need to get on with my life. A lot of this sounds like the stages of grief. We are in one stage or the other all the time. Thanks for posting it.
