--it's time for legal representation; do you also have a union there that can help?

This seems pretty classic "dump the sick person" procedure, which is supposed to be illegal under the ADA, but we all know how employers skirt that with reference to "reduced performance" and "inability to do job tasks" while attempting not to notice the physical problems. (Many just don't want to pay the increased health insurance premiums. Makes you wonder if the incentive would be taken away if we had a single-payer system.)
