Default Your experiences of 'The Rebuilder' and TENS

Hello everyone,

I'm fairly new to this and have been reading Wing42's recommendations in the stickies about diet, exercise etc.. very encouraging at a time when the neuropathies have been getting worse and getting me down.

I'm in the UK and before I look for a supplier for either, I wondered if anyone else has experiences of using The Rebuilder and/or TENS - and if so what did you do and did it help?

Thanks!

jan
