I too got frustrated and still do with the mind quicker then the body issue. I know for me day in and day out of a lot of activity really adds up and can cause delayed pain. So I may not feel it at the time but later oh my. Do you have time? I know I get eager and want things done but I try to remind myself it is better to take it slow then spend days later in extra pain. When I moved I sold a lot on craigslist. I also found people to help with packing for a very affordable price. I hope the new place helps you and you get comfortable. Is it closer to markets and city things?
