Wink I have answered

this question on the vitamin forum.

(Don't believe everything you read on supplement labels)

Also do not be lured in by "timed release" for B12.
This is useless and may render your absorption to nil.

Timed release IS useful for Vit C.

Supplement suppliers are not research oriented. They package things that
have a market. With complex supplements like SAMe you might find
some backup on use (this is because Europe extensively researched it before it came here). But with most common things, they don't.

I assume that people show up here because "something" is not working right in
your body. So assuming good intrinsic factor in patients with neuro symptoms is
not a good assumption.
