Lightbulb large volumes of capsules..fillers

do not dissolve well, I have found.

Try taking the big capsules BEFORE you eat the food.
You want the enzymes there BEFORE the food...ready for it.
I take Beano and Lactase before I eat.

I agree with Brian...I'd switch to r-lipoic as well.
I used alpha years ago with no success. I like the r-lipoic much better.

Take with LOTS of water too.

I take the carnitine in the early morning, I find it hard on the stomach. (acetyl=acetic acid)

Default Ok...so I need to switch

I knew about the R-Lipoic, honest I did, instead of the Alpha Lipoic. Sigh.

I'm hoping that this is temporary if it is related to the new supplements.

HI,

Just wanted to chime in. I had that same burning and I found it was the enzymes...pancreatic enzymes...the bromelain etc. I stopped them and it was fine.

Thanks! I'll keep an eye out for it... Tonight for the first time since beginning the new ones I don't have that heartburn!
