Hi Jess,
I've also had the Pudendal Neuropathy diagnosis (among other things). And yes I had the Caudal Injection. It did nothing for me but increase my pain. But everyone is different.

Some people do respond to these injections. But I've had a lot of them (different ones) and none of them helped.
